We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build the future of incident response training. You'll work on our Next.js application, building features that help security teams prepare for real-world crises.

Responsibilities

Design and implement new features across our full stack (Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL)
Build AI-powered scenario generation and analysis tools
Optimize application performance and scalability
Collaborate with product and design teams on user experience
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction
Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Understanding of security best practices and secure coding
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely

Nice to Have

Experience in cybersecurity or security training
Familiarity with AI/ML integration (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs)
Previous work in incident response or SOC environments
Open source contributions
Experience with real-time collaboration features
